Journal Transaction:-
टैली ईआरपी 9 में जर्नल वाउचर का उपयोग नकद और बैंक के अलावा दूसरे अन्य लेनदेन को रिकॉर्ड करने के लिए किया जाता है। जर्नल वाउचर में डेप्रिसिएशन (मूल्यह्रास), प्रोविसिन (प्रावधान), अचल संपत्तियों की खरीद और बिक्री से संबंधित लेन-देन, write off balances adjustment entries (समायोजन प्रविष्टियां) दर्ज की जाती हैं। यह लेखा वाउचर में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण वाउचर है।
purpose –
- To record non-cash transactions in the books of accounts For example- depreciation, loss or gain on fixed assets, provision for discount expenses, asset write-downs and deferred income taxes.
- To rectify any business transaction which was wrongly recorded in the books of accounts. There may be situations when the business transactions are wrongfully recorded in the books of accounts. It may be incorrect debit or credit of accounts. Journal Vouchers helps in a reversal of the first entry using a journal entry in Tally ERP 9.
- To record the transactions not recorded by other accounting vouchers in Tally ERP 9.
- The receipt voucher F6- records all the money received.
- Payment voucher F5 – records all the money paid.
- Contra voucher F4- records the transactions involving cash and bank.
- Sales voucher F9- records the transactions involving the sale of goods or services.
- Purchase voucher F8- records the transactions involving the purchase of goods or services.
- Journal voucher F7- records the transaction entries not recorded by other accounting vouchers.
Payment Voucher:-
इसे डेबिट वाउचर भी कहते है। Payment voucher का उपयोग कंपनी द्वारा सभी भुगतान चाहे वे कैश या बैंक द्वारा किये गए हो की इंट्री के लिए किया जाता है। Payment voucher की इंट्री Single Entry या Double Entry mode से कर सकते है। Single Entry mode या डबल इंट्री मोड का कंफिगरेशन F12 से setting में Pymt/Rcpt/Contra वाउचर के लिए “Use Single Entry” में यस या नो करके किया जा सकता है।
Godown Summary:-
Godown Summary स्टेटमेंट से विभिन्न स्थानों के गोडाउन पर स्टॉक का सारांश दिखता है । जबकि मुख्य स्टॉक Summary एक निश्चित तिथि पर पूरी कंपनी के स्टॉक की स्थिति को दर्शाता है, गोदाम लॉकेशन समरी किसी विशेष तिथि पर प्रत्येक स्थान पर स्टॉक-इन-हैंड का स्टेटमेंट है।
Gateway of Tally > Display > Statements of Inventory > Godown , and select the Godown.

यह कंपनी के विभिन्न गोदाम में स्टाक की उपलब्धता दर्शाता है । मेन स्टाक समरी किसी तिथि तक सम्पूर्ण कंपनी के स्टाक की उपलब्धता दिखाता है जबकि गोडाउन लेाकेशन समरी प्रत्येक गोडाउन लोकेशन में उपलब्ध स्टाक उस तिथि तक दर्शाता है।
